There are some issues going on in ventura OS its still in development phase one of the main issue is external monitor lag here are the way to resolve this issue, we have create this video tutorial to showcase how to resolve external monitor lag on mac Os ventura.

Go to the settings, now select the display setting in display setting press option and select more resolutions/ scale option there you will see the n number of resolution pick the resolution after that select the refresh rate hrtz option and select more than 30 Hrtz.

If more than 30 Hrtz is not available select other resolution and keep trying it when you get the more than 30 Hrtz select the higher value.

After that select go back and select the default resolution.
